Yoga,
brought to your space

Bespoke yoga sessions for groups across Faversham, Canterbury, and Kent - designed for workplaces, celebrations, retreats, and the moments worth gathering for.

There are moments in life that ask for something more than a regular class.

A team that needs to breathe. A friend turning fifty. A weekend away where everyone wants to feel held.

I run bespoke yoga sessions for groups across Faversham, Canterbury, and Kent - designed around who's in the room and the energy of the occasion.

Who I work with

How it works

  • 1. Tell me about your group

Share a few details - the occasion, rough date, where you'd like to gather, and how many of you there might be. You don't need to have it all figured out; even a half-formed idea is enough to start a conversation.

  • 2. We design the session together

I'll suggest a format and style based on your group - whether that's a grounding restorative session for a tired team, something playful and energising for a hen weekend, or a thoughtful blend for a mixed-ability group. Themes, music, and pacing are all shaped around the occasion.

  • 3. I arrive with everything you need.

I'll bring mats, blocks, straps, and a calm, organised presence. You provide the space (a living room, garden, office, or village hall all work beautifully) - and your people.

Don't have a venue? Let me know - I can suggest spaces in Faversham, Canterbury, and across Kent that work beautifully for groups, from village halls to yoga studios.

Frequently asked questions

  • 'm based in Faversham and regularly teach across Kent - Canterbury, Whitstable, Sittingbourne, Ashford, and the surrounding villages. For locations further afield, I'm always happy to discuss; a small travel fee may apply for sessions outside my usual radius. Just include your location in your enquiry, and I'll let you know.

  • Most groups already have a space in mind: a living room, garden, office, or village hall. If you don't, I'm happy to suggest options. There are some lovely spaces that I know work well for groups of different sizes, and I can point you in the right direction. Let me know in your enquiry whether you'd like venue suggestions.

  • That's completely fine - most group sessions include a mix of abilities, and I design the practice to be welcoming for everyone. I'll offer clear options throughout so beginners feel supported and more experienced practitioners feel challenged. No one is left behind, and no one is pushed too far.

  • Yes. I completed my 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa training with RILA Yoga and my 50-hour Yin training with Sampoorna Yoga - both Yoga Alliance-accredited schools. I'm fully insured for all group and private sessions, and certificates are available on request.

  • In most cases yes, but please let me know in advance so I can plan modifications and check in privately with the person before the session. For pregnancy, I can adapt the practice from the second trimester onward; for serious injuries or medical conditions, I may suggest a brief 1:1 conversation beforehand to make sure we're set up well.

  • Pricing is bespoke and depends on group size, location, session length, and whether venue hire or travel is involved. As a rough guide, most group sessions fall between £80 and £200 - but the best way to get an accurate quote is to send a quick enquiry with your details, and I'll come back to you within 48 hours.

  • The more notice the better - four to six weeks is ideal for weekend dates and popular times. That said, I can sometimes accommodate shorter notice, so it's always worth asking.

  • A small deposit secures the booking and is non-refundable. The full balance is payable two weeks before the session. Cancellations made more than two weeks in advance receive a full refund of the balance; within two weeks, the balance is non-refundable but can be rescheduled to a new date within six months. For short-notice bookings (made less than two weeks before the session), terms are agreed at the time of booking to suit both sides.

Let’s plan something great.
