Your questions, answered

  • Hatha Flow combines classical Hatha principles of stability, breath awareness, and conscious placement - with modern, fluid transitions between postures. The practice follows a steady pace that builds strength, mobility, and concentration. Expect held poses, slow but deliberate movement, and space to explore alignment without rushing.

  • These Hatha Flow classes are uniquely sequenced in alignment with the lunar cycle, allowing each week’s practice to reflect the natural rise, peak, and release of lunar energy.

During the New Moon, classes are grounding and intention-focused; as the Moon waxes, the practice builds strength and momentum; at the Full Moon, the flow becomes expansive with opportunities for release; and in the Waning Moon phase, sequences soften to support restoration and reflection.

This rhythmic approach creates a meaningful arc through each month. The classes blend strength with spaciousness so the practice feels neither rushed nor passive, and you’ll receive clear cueing with layered options for different levels.

Everything is grounded in breath, nervous system balance, and mindful strength, offering a practice that supports both physical wellbeing and energetic attunement.

  • Yes! Clear cueing, beginner variations, and simple explanations are given throughout. You don’t need experience, but be prepared for some strength-building postures, depending on the week.

  • No problem. Flexibility is not required - yoga builds mobility gradually. Options are offered so you can practise comfortably at your pace.

  • Nope! Just wear some comfortable clothing, and bring some water. I provide the mat, the blocks, and straps - but you may like to bring something warm to add for Savasana at the end.

  • As a teacher, I demo and I coach. As an all-levels class I will be providing cues that set up the pose for beginners and provide layers for more experienced practitioners, too. I watch my students and will call out adjustments or things to consider to get the most out of your experience.

  • You can book each class individually for £8.50 - or you can book all 4 classes within the month for £30 (class pass), which works out at £7.50 per class.
